    GopherGoner makes every effort to provide a fair and reasonable return policy for our traps. Our goal is to build trust and loyalty, so our customers will tell their friends, neighbors and family about our products and service.

    Trap Satisfaction Guarantee

    If you are not satisfied with our traps, you may return your trap(s) to us within 30 days of receiving it.

    2-Year Replacement Warranty

    GopherGoner Products? warrants our traps against defects in materials or workmanship for 2 years. We will replace defective units or units that have fallen into disrepair from normal non-commercial use at no charge to you. When we receive an approved warranty return, GopherGoner? will send you a replacement GopherGoner Trap(s) free of charge. GopherGoner? will honor any warranty return unless the returned trap clearly does not fit the warranty return criteria. The warranty applies only to defects in materials and workmanship and does not extend to any parts that have been lost or discarded, damaged by misuse, accident, or improper maintenance.

    Q: Is there a time limit on my satisfaction guarantee?
    A: If for any reason you choose not to keep your GopherGoner Trap?, you may return it to us within 30 days of receiving it.

    Q: Under what condition will you not accept a return?
    A: Traps which have been clearly misused or defaced will not be accepted. We accept traps that have been used and are somewhat soiled, but the traps must not be damaged and be fully intact.

    Q: What does the customer need to do to start the return process for the guarantee or warranty?
    A: Contact us prior to return for return authorization instructions. Returns without authorization will not be refunded. Provide your sales receipt number that is found on your e-mail confirmation upon purchase in your returned package. If you have lost your number, please e-mail us and we will find it for you.     Upon receiving an approved warranty return, GopherGoner Products? will send you a replacement GopherGoner Trap(s) free of charge. GopherGoner? will honor any warranty return unless the returned trap very clearly does not fit the warranty return criteria noted above.

    Q: Who pays for the product to be shipped back?
    A: Shipping is non-refundable; return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

    Q: Will you refund the customer?s money in the same way they paid for it?
    A: We will refund your purchase price to your credit card in a timely fashion.

    Q: Is there a restocking fee?
    A: All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
